How long will my order take?
The majority of orders are shipped within 1 week of receiving cleared payment. If your item needs to be ordered from a supplier prior to decoration, expect to receive your order in approximately 10 days. At your request, we can e-mail you with a specific time estimate.
I would like a garment I own to be decorated, is this possible?
Yes, we know we can not get every color and every size available. If the item is “NEW” and still has the tags on or have the items shipped directly to me (if ordered from another company).
What is the best way to pay for my item?

I ordered a business logo some time ago, can I have the same logo embroidered again?
Yes, we save business logo’s at no charge for future embroidery. Still place your order as normal, then send us “Special Instructions” on how long ago was your previous order. Example: The name of the business or the wording in the logo or design. The name of the person who placed the original order.
I have an awesome picture of my dog and want it embroidered, is this possible?
Yes, you need to provide a picture of your dog that you took. If it is a picture taken by a professional photographer you will need a photo release. Then it can be digitized for embroidery. We hire professional digitizers that their specialty is embroidery. Cost of this service depends on the size & detail of the embroidery.
